Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At Digital Hive Bundle, all our products are made on demand through our trusted print partners. Since every product is custom-printed after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference reasons.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The print quality is defective.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Reporting an Issue

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
